Refund and Returns Policy

Product Inspection and Order Details:

We urge our customers to carefully review product details before placing an order to ensure satisfaction. For any inquiries or doubts, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. We are here to assist you.

 

Damaged Product Policy:

Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by pictures/videos of the issue.

Requests made after 24 hours will be considered invalid.

 

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Once an item has been delivered to you and used, it is no longer eligible for a return. We do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

 

Return Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. While we don’t offer cash refunds, we provide store credits, ensuring your continued satisfaction.

The store credit process may take 5 to 7 working days.

 

Conditions for Return:

We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product is used or any packaging material is missing.

Damaged shipments should not be accepted, and responsibility rests with the customer if a product is missing in such cases.

 

Delivery Charges for Return:

Please note: A ₹5,000 delivery charge will be applied to all orders, with the exception of returns.

 

Free Delivery:

All purchases are eligible for free delivery to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Address:

Each order can be shipped to a single address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

 

Self-Ship Returns:

If self-shipping is required, shipping costs will be credited as store credits (up to Rs.80) upon meeting the return policy and providing a valid courier receipt.

 

Damages and Issues:

Report damaged or wrong items with pictures/videos within 24 hours for a prompt resolution.

Giveaways or orders with seasonal discounts are not eligible for exchange or store credits.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once processed and confirmed, return pick-up will be scheduled within 5 to 7 working days.
